Project Details of FWS
Objective : To set up a Logistics Network for a Korean Electronics Co. in India.
Place of Operation : Metros and then even smaller towns.
Project Commencement : July’25
Result : We started by setting up a small w/h of 5000 sq. ft in Okhla -I, 3000 sq. ft in Peenya, Bangalore and Panvel in New Mumbai, after the pilot we convinced the management to go ahead and set up state of the art warehouses in the following places:-
- New Delhi – Barthal – 25,000 Sq. ft
- Bangalore – Yeshwantpur – 12,000 Sq. ft.
- Mumbai – Kalamboli – 15,000 S q. ft
